Privacy:
We simply use an industry standard polices to protect all of your information submitted by you in our website and during your checkout. You can be assured when you see the website address starts with “https://“ and not “http://“. This indicates that your information is encrypted.

Your data is only used to process payments and to deliver your order to you. We do not sell or share your data with any other 3rd party companies.

Refund:
When making an order, you have 24 hours to cancel the order and we will process the refund and you will be refunded the same method of payment. Time to be credited will vary from one country to another. After 24 hours, we cannot issue any refunds since all products are custom made for you.

Delivery:
Since they are hand made and custom designed products, our delivery time will depend on the final approvals of the design by you. Once everything is approved, delivery of final product will be between 14 to 20 working days from the day you are notify of shipping. This is not including holidays. All delivery charges will be paid by you.
